We deliver to anywhere within Australia. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

We are unable to change or update a delivery address once an order has been processed and dispatched so please be sure to check your delivery details prior to submitting your order.

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

Returns

Crazy Casts will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement product or refund where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

• The product does not match the description; and

• You can provide proof of purchase

Crazy Casts reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
